We have two full time Academic Advisers, Ellie Kendrick and Tony Garrett. Their work covers a wide range of issues including:

• Complaints
• Transfers
• Course Withdrawals
• Mitigating Circumstances

Advisers will only deal with the student. Third parties are not permitted to accompany students to appointments. If a student would like a third party (friend/relative/solicitor) to attend a hearing, the Adviser will withdraw from the case.

Many issues can be resolved confidentially and informally at school level. Members of staff and personal tutors can provide advice and support to students regarding academic related issues. However if this is not possible or you feel you have been unsucessful in using these routes please book an appointment with an Academic Adviser.
