Elections Week 2012 runs from Friday, 24th February to Friday, 2nd March 2012. There's a total of five elections that any current student can vote in including four to choose the next set of Students' Union Executive Officers (President, Education Officer, Student Activities Officer, Campaigns and Welfare Officer) who will lead your Students' Union, run campaigns, support clubs and societies and represent you to the most senior figures in the University. You'll also be able to choose the people who represent Teesside University at the National Union of Students (NUS) Annual Conference in April as our delegates. They'll be voting on your behalf on the big national issues facing students and elections for the next NUS President and Executive Officers.

IT'S VITAL EVERYONE TAKES THE TIME TO VOTE AND WE'RE SO PASSIONATE ABOUT IT WE'RE OFFERING THOUSANDS OF FREE TICKETS TO DIRTY DISCO RESULTS PARTY ON FRI, 2ND MARCH OR VOUCHERS REDEEMABLE IN THE TERRACE BAR/ SU SHOP AND SU RECEPTION IN RETURN FOR YOUR VOTE!

You can meet the candidates in person and put your questions to them at Candidates Question Time in the Terrace Bar on Fri, 24th February from 7pm then cast your vote online (full instructions to follow) from Monday, 27th Feb at 10am to Thursday, 1st Mar at 8pm. Winners will be announced from 8pm onwards at our Results Party in the Terrace Bar on Fri, 2nd March. Find out more about the candidates and Elections Week below.
