Jennifer Corcoran

Student Support Manager

Jen's responsibilities include:

  • Leading the SU Student Support Team and Reception Staff, coordinating the service they provide to students.
  • Developing plans to ensure that Advice, Jobs and Representation activities run by the Students' Union enhance the student experience at Teesside University.
  • Working with the President Education and President Welare as well as working collaboratively with key University departments to ensure that students have the best levels of support and representation possible.
  • Developing and implementing the brand new TUSU landlord accreditation scheme.

Ellie Greco

Deputy Student Support Manager

Ellie's responsibilities include:

  • Providing help and support to students on a wide variety of academic issues.
  • Working closely with the Schools and other relevant university departments to ensure the best possible outcome for students.
  • Keeping up to date with relevant higher education matters and briefing the President Education appropriately.

Iain's responsibilities include:

  • Providing help and support to students on a wide variety of non-academic issues.
  • Working closely with University Student Services to ensure that we are working collaboratively on any issues that arise.
  • Building strong relationships with local private accommodation providers to ensure that students have the best experience possible.

Representation Coordinator

  • Developing and coordinating the Course Representation system across the University.
  • Providing administrative supoprt to Ellie on the management of the School Representative System.
  • Working closely with the Schools and Ellie to ensure that both are cohesive and consistent in their approach to representation.
