Starting up in September 2017, the club has grown from a handful of people to a group of 40+, with members of all experience from complete beginners to professional level.


Each session works on physical conditioning and technique, with members coming for all different reasons, being weight loss, run up to fights training any many more. It is an extremely safe sport where sparring is COMPLETELY optional, and safeguards are in place.


Members are advised to have their own hand wraps and gloves, but gloves can be provided at training sessions.


Regular social events occur ranging from meals, club running sessions, bowling, quiz nights, etc etc.


Competitions within the club are currently being ran too to keep a level of competitiveness between all members and at the same time improving health & fitness. Charity events/activities are also currently being looked into.

Trainers must be worn whilst training. Gum shields & head-guards (can be supplied) must be worn if sparring.
