At Teesside University Karate Club, we practice Sokudo Karate. Sokudo Karate is an intense physical art and an outstanding total mind-body exercise. It is a decisive method of self-defence and a proven way to develop and control self-control, self-discipline and to manage stress.
Free taster and Training sessions are held at the University’s Olympia Building at the following times. Just bring clothes you can train in and a bottle of water.
