Pole Fitness

Pole Fitness really helps to improve your flexibility, balance, co-ordination, core strength,  upper and lower body strength. This sport is a fantastic full-body workout! It’s a very fun and enjoyable sport which will help build confidence! We train all abilities - from first timers to experienced members.

People can attend as little or as often as they want and form great friendships with each other, which is also a bonus!  

Come and try it out, 1st lesson is free!

We have free sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as paid sessions on Sundays for just £3 a session!

Membership is currently £51, this is paid straight to the Students Union.
