Waleid Allam, an Imam at Abu Bakr mosque in Middlesbrough and a Teesside University faith advisor, will be joining us to talk about the importance of salah, which refers to the importance of Islamic prayer and how it is a vital and meaningful part of Muslim life.
We are delighted to have him delivering this talk, and we welcome everyone to join us. If you are a member of the public, please ensure that you sign up via this link before the event takes place, or we will be unable to grant you access.
If you are a member of the public, on the day of the event you will be met at the doors of Clarendon building and asked to sign in before being shown to the room where the talk will be taking place.
The talk will take place in CL1.87 from 7pm on 18th February.
