Your Student Officers George Reeves Sophie Bennett and Alan Lofthouse have teamed up with Teesside University Sport for a fun packed day of activities and taster sessions during #tufreshers!
PLEASE NOTE: EVERYONE WELCOME...YOU DON'T NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF A SPORTS CLUB OR SOCIETY, IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH TIME YOU CAN SPARE AND IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOUR LEVEL OF ABILITY IS.
It's all free and there's something for everyone so...GET ACTIVE! We'll be adding a full schedule here very soon and some events will require you to book in advance so please check it out.
Activities will include:
>>> Fun with inflatables in The Hub
>>> An old school. sports day including egg and spoon, bean bag on head, skipping and space hopper races plus a tug of war in The Olympia.
>>> Treasure Hunt
>>> Taster sessions with Touch Rugby, Basketball, Squash, Badminton, Dodgeball, NERF Wars and Dance.
>>> Group activities to help you get fit including running, spinning, yoga and zumba.
