Introducing ConfiDance and their 6 Weeks Beginner Heels Dance Course!

Note: These classes are for women only as per your University Record
Sessions are from 6pm until 7pm on Thursday Evenings
Week 1) Introduction to Heels Dance and the fundamentals (balance, posture, walking)
- Heels are optional, as comfort is paramount. However, the style of dance & technique is directed to wearing heels.
Week 2-3) Covering a range of movements, dynamics and choreographed combinations.
Week 4) Creative expression: Students will have the option/opportunity to explore their own creativity and create a dance combination in small groups.
Week 5) Build on previously learnt moves, and create a dance routine.
Week 6) Run through and polish our dance routine with the skills and combinations learnt during previous weeks. Students will have the opportunity for their dance to be recorded.
(Participating in footage is optional. All students will be asked to sign a media consent form at the start of week one)

Key points:
Wear non-restrictive active clothing, however you are most comfortable
Heels must have ankle support, with the recommendations:
- height of 6-10 cm
- open toe
- thin heel
(If you wish to wear heels, they are worn at your own risk)
