As co-founder of EL GRANDE at Scala, the UK’s biggest Salsa, Latin, and Afro-Latin monthly event, and founder of S for Salsa, Philip has a proven track record of creating world-class dance events that bring people together through music and movement.

Katie Harley, the founder of Pasion de Baile in Middlesbrough, regularly hosts weekly and monthly party classes featuring international and local guest teachers. Her dedication to building a vibrant dance community shines in everything she does.
