The Nigerian Society are looking at how you can thrive and adapt to in a new environment at Teesside University with 3 guest speakers. 

They are going to look into how to look after yourself properly whilst studying, encouraging how to eat healthy and managing your own mental wellbeing whilst living away from home. 

Advice around how to to write CVs and cover letters correctly, where to search for graduate jobs and using LinkedIn.

Handling interpersonal difficulties whilst adapting to a new environment, balancing your studies and community interaction as well as caring and nurturing your children.
