A fun and energetic cardio-based exercise routine which will be a mixture of aerobic, plyometric exercises and basic boxing moves, for you to get your heart rate up and move your body in lots of different ways to help energise the body and mind.
11:30 - 11:55
A strength exercise session. Body resistant exercises to help you get stronger, test your balance and get you fitter without you realising how hard you’re working whilst doing it - a fun way of challenging your body without leaving your home.
Your instructor Vic Brown has been teaching exercise for over 20 years, in the Uk and overseas. This year teaching online has been a big learning experience for them and after seeing such great results in the students they have been doing one on one sessions with. Leave your camera off whilst joining in on the session and work to whatever intensity level feels right to you, as there will be different exercise options. Whether you’re taking part because you miss the gym or just need to de-stress; this will help you to feel better and carry on with the rest of your day in a more positive mindset.
