We are the Teesside Malaysian Students' Association
Our society aims to connect the Malaysian students in Teesside with each other and create a home away from home.
Moving abroad to study can be a very challenging phase of life for some students, which is why one of our major objectives is to help any new Malaysian students to settle in.
The activities we plan to host include gatherings such as welcoming events, potlucks and cultural events celebrated back in Malaysia like Hari Raya or Chinese New Year. We are also exploring the possibilities of having trips to nearby towns such as Whitby and Saltburn.
